What is the turnaround time?

PRINTING TURNAROUND TIMES:
Most products are 2-4 business days after payment is received.
**add: 1-2 business days for quantity of 10K or higher(on SOME items)
**add: 1-2 business days for no UV coating on back

**add: 1-2 business days for extras such as folding, bundling, hole bunching, perforations, etc

SHIPPING

Products ship UPS ground. Most products are delivered in 3 days or less.

What is the price for re-orders?

Exact re-orders are subject to a $25 re-order fee.

Re-orders with minimal changes (text only, up to 3 lines) are subject to $35 fee.

Re-orders with major changes (3 lines of text, and 1 image change) are subject to $50 fee.

Any re-orders requiring more changes than above are subject to new design fee. 

"Print Only" jobs are subject to $25 fee for file verification and processing 

How long until I get my proof?

We usually have your proofs within 24-48 hours.

What do you need from me to design my proofs?

We need your design ideas, your logo, contact information, any special offers you want to include, list of services, and anything else you want to include in your design.

What if there is a problem with my print order?

The printing VERY consistent, and very rarely is there an issue. However, if there is an issue, in most cases, the printer will correct any problem for us. Any requests for reprint/refund require photos of damage, print problems, etc, and must be made with in 30 days of the order. (this is general info, and on a "case by case" basis, and some specifics may change) 

What payment methods do you accept?

We will send you an invoice via PayPal. You DO NOT need to be a PayPal member. On the invoice you can pay with a PayPal account, or a credit card.

We also accept checks and money orders. If payment is made by check we do wait for it to clear before sending any items to print.

Do we use your designs for our purpose?

On some occasions, as you can see, we place your design on our website or in advertisements to show potential clients our design abilities. However... at any time if you wish not to have your items used please let us know.
